Staff and students from the School of Media Arts and Technology rose early on Wednesday 1 March to attend the Broadcast Video Expo exhibition at the Excel centre in London.
The exhibition showcases engineering and production technologies and includes a major trade show as well as six theatres of seminar talks. There was a wide focus covering lighting, automation, high dynamic range, and connected media, as well as sound and audio.
It was a great opportunity for the staff to catch up with several Solent media technology graduates who were attending in a professional capacity. The students were able to network with key industry players as well staying up-to-date with industry trends.
