Streaming content with Arqiva

On 14 February, students studying Media Networks and Computing were visited by media technology graduate James Williams.

James now works for infrastructure and media service provider Arqiva. After giving a lecture on streaming services, James led a hands-on session where the students set up and configured the equipment to receive a live stream from Arqiva from within our video lab and publish it to the world using cloud service provider Amazon Web Services.
