About this course
This workshop delivers the fundamentals of Goalkeeper coaching including:
- Specific goalkeeping warm ups and cool downs.
- Coaching basic individual techniques including footwork, the set position, handling techniques, diving saves (catching/deflecting/parrying), dealing “one vs one” situations and crosses.
