Our city centre campus is at the heart of the local community and through our civic charter we have committed to providing community organisations with access to one of our on-site meeting spaces.
Our on-site meeting space will be available once a month for up to three hours. Perfect for hosting committee or local partnership meetings, workshops, or training for a maximum of 22 people.
The space is available to registered charities and social enterprises. Organisations can make use of the room twice in a year and is offered on a first come, first serve basis. The room is offered in boardroom and workshop styles with guest access to our Wi-Fi network. Our campus is conveniently located near to the city’s main transport hubs and offers outside cycle rack facilities.

Terms and conditions
Organisations eligible to make use of the space must conform to one of the following definitions:
- Registered charity – A charity or not for profit organisation that is registered with the Charity Commission and conforms to regulations set out in charity law (Charities Act 2011).
- Social enterprise or community interest company – A business that has a clear social or environmental mission that is set out in its governing documents and earns more than half its income through trading. Surpluses are reinvested within the business or towards the social purpose. The business must be set up in an official structure, for example limited company or charity.
