Why did you decide to do a postgraduate degree?
Before joining the Global MBA at Solent, I was stuck in my career. So, I decided to go abroad and resume my studies. This is the best opportunity to further progress my professional career.
What is the best thing about your course lecturers?
The best thing is their practical approach to the subject and how they clearly explain global business and management concepts and models. This allows me to learn everything in detail and I now feel confident to develop further my career in a competitive international business market.
How can your studies help you within your current role?
The Global MBA shapes out my career in a new direction and opens opportunities for me to grow in a dynamic international business world. Every assignment makes me think about business from my own perspective and professional situation, and look at ways on how can I apply concepts taught in class to my business.
Everyone should study in this University to explore new business and management skills and discover a new culture.
Tell us a bit about your experience as a postgraduate student
My experience as a postgraduate student at Solent has been amazing so far. I learn in a very dynamic and multi-cultural environment and manage to develop my own professional network, which will help me to grow in future. The University has a fantastic teaching staff who supports us at every stage of our studies. Whenever I need help, the whole academic team is incredibly supportive. As an international student, I faced some challenges when I arrived in the UK but got great support from the mental health and wellbeing team at the University.
