Who should join? Business leaders who have been trading for more than a year and have between 5 and 249 staff.
To encourage business growth the Government has set a 3-year goal for 30,000 business leaders to attend the 90% subsidised Help to Grow Management Programme hosted by the UK’s top Business Schools including Solent University Business School who are ranked in the top 30 Business Schools in the country.
Businesses who have been trading for more than a year and have between 5 and 249 staff are now able to register online for this programme offering 50 hours of flexible live and virtual learning that includes lectures, tutorials, peer networking, personal mentoring, and growth planning at a price of just £750. And following a recent change in the eligibility criteria businesses with more than 10 employees now qualify for two subsidised places, although not on the same cohort.
Course content is contemporary with cross cutting themes of productivity, inclusion, diversity, being a responsible business and planning for growth and every student develops a tailored growth plan to take back to their business for implementation.
