Solent University and Warsash Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) Research Centre (WMRC), invite you to a special event to celebrate Maritime UK Week 2022.

Maritime UK Week 2022 (10-16 October)

This week is dedicated to celebrating the achievements of UK Maritime and reflecting upon the challenges being faced by the sector, which is responsible for enabling 95% of the UK’s global trade.

A series of events and open days have been planned, during which maritime professionals and the public will be invited to explore the world of Maritime.

Maritime UK Week also enables the maritime industries to come together to share progress and recognise the ongoing importance of national priorities including People, Innovation, Regional Growth, Environment and Competitiveness. These priorities correspond to key ambitions set out within the UK Government’s Maritime 2050 Strategy which was published in 2019.
