Solent's Re:So (The Solent Retail Initiative) will be taking over the SOOK pop-up shop in Southampton's Westquay Shopping Centre from Thursday 26 to Monday 30 October 2023. As well as selling designed and curated products, students and graduates will be offering a programme of free workshops in the store ranging from Fashion to Music to Creative Writing... and more! Booking is free, but spaces for each workshop are limited so be quick.

About the workshop
Are you a new business or artist and are completely lost when it comes to social media? Well this is the workshop for you. In this introductory workshop, we will cover how to use and utilise social media for your business. We will be focusing on how to marketing yourself, growing an organic community.

What will participants do/gain?
People who attend this workshop will gain knowledge on how to use social media and how to effectively market their products/business and build a community on it. As well as learning general knowledge on social media, we will also be doing a group brainstorm in content creation, to really get those creative ideas flowing.
