Beth graduated from The University of Chichester in 2019 with a degree in Sports Therapy and was awarded the Royal Society of Biology top student award.
Upon graduating, Beth worked as a full-time Sports Therapist at Physio Fitness, a sports injury clinic in Bournemouth. Alongside this, Beth ran Pilates classes for patients at the clinic, as well as outdoor bootcamp sessions.
Before moving to Solent, Beth was a part-time Lecturer at the University of Chichester on the Sports Therapy course. Since joining Solent University, Beth has been able to apply her knowledge and experience as a Lecturer on the Sports and Exercise Therapy Degree.
In her spare time, Beth is a keen runner and Crossfitter!
Beth previously worked for 5 years as a full-time Sports Therapist at a private sports injury clinic in Dorset, where she provided assessment, treatment, management and rehabilitation for sporting and occupational injuries. Within this role, she has been able to work across all age groups and a variety of injuries. Beth has always had an interest in health and fitness and so also ran specific rehabilitation Pilates classes and personal training sessions to patients at the clinic. Beth has also worked as a pitch-side Sports Therapist for some local football clubs.
