Neil graduated from Brighton University in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Music Production and quickly found work within live venues and festivals across the south coast and UK respectively.
Working freelance as a front of house, monitors and recording engineer, Neil spent many years and continues to work alongside touring acts, clocking up hundreds of gigs and events. Neil has worked for a wide range of genres, and artists, from cathedral choirs to grime artists; pop acts, such as Eliza Doolittle, to Mumford & Sons; while mixing in corporate work from the likes of the BBC to Coca Cola.
In 2013, alongside his industry work, Neil moved into education, working for a variety of audio and music technology-based courses, before in joining Solent University to share his learning and experiences with students.Â
