Biography
Steve has worked at sea for 47 years. He began his career as a Warsash cadet in 1977 with The Bank Line. Subsequently Steve served in a variety of roles, including Master, with Crescent Shipping, and then moved to aggregate dredging with Civil & Marine and ARC Marine.
Steve has been Master for over 30 years and currently works for United Kingdom Dredging on their fleet of harbour maintenance dredgers.
Steve teaches seamanship on the Efficient Deck Hand courses.
