Role at Solent

Lisa-Jane is a Chartered Surveyor with thirty years’ experience working client-side for owners, occupiers and investors of extensive and complex property portfolios. Her skills lie in developing property and estates strategies which generate income and value and support and enable business goals, and in leading and developing diverse, motivated teams. Lisa-Jane’s career spans a number of different sectors including real estate, financial services and transport and infrastructure. She is currently Estates Management Director at Transport for London (TfL) and was a member of the leadership team that recently established an arms-length property company, wholly owned by TfL, but funded commercially, which will build homes for Londoners and return a growing investment income to invest in the transport network.

She is a Board Member and previous Board Chair, of the Association of Women in Property, a 1,000+ strong membership organisation that creates opportunities and inspires change for women working in the property and construction industry.

Lisa-Jane has a strong focus on sustainability and has participated in the Prince of Wales’ Business and Sustainability Programme at Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.

Her interests include wildlife and conservation, walking and entertaining. She has also been trying to write a biography of a family member for many years!
