Solent Student Sport has a men’s and women’s team which compete in BUCS competitions throughout the season.

- Men’s team: BUCS Western Tier 3A
- Women’s team: Rugby 7s and touch rugby
2024/25 season
Membership
- £80 training membership (only training and will not be competing in BUCS)
- £150 sport club membership
- £200 sport club + gym membership

Men's team: Mondays, 7-9pm, Test Park rugby training pitch
Women's team: Tuesdays, 6-8pm, Test Park rugby training pitch
