Biography
Dr Ghadeer Aly has over 12 years' experience as a university lecturer and programme developer, working with various academic institutions in Egypt, Canada, and the UK.
Visual communications, digital media practices, magazine design, video features, media branding, video editing, and senior graduation projects are among the courses she has taught and developed.
Dr Aly is a certified mental health first aid responder and holds a PhD in mass communication from Ain Shams University in Egypt, where she obtained the degree with honours and a recommendation for exchange with the concerned authorities.
In addition to her higher education experience and two published scholarly articles, she has a passion for video editing and motion graphics and has contributed to several Egyptian projects for events, films, TV shows, advertisements, and digital platforms, as well as graphic and logo designing for clients in Egypt and United Arab Emirates.
