Applying to Solent
All students applying for the first year of a full-time undergraduate course must apply through UCAS. Initial application guidance and course information can be found on the UCAS website.
After you've submitted your application online through UCAS, the University will consider the information provided and whether a place on your chosen course can be offered. There are two types of offers:
Conditional: The offer is subject to you completing and passing various exams or providing proof of your qualifications.
Unconditional: You've already achieved, and provided evidence of, the necessary qualifications to meet our entry requirements.

Book your placeApplying for entry into year 2 or 3
We accept applications for those wishing to transfer from another institution. We advise that you apply through UCAS and once you have done so, email copies of your university transcripts to admissions@solent.ac.uk.
A successful transfer into year two or three of one of our degrees is dependent on the course you are applying for and the relevancy of the course you are transferring from. There may also be additional entry requirements that you must meet, such as minimum GCSE grades. Your application will usually be reviewed by the academic team before a decision is made.
