Solent Redhawks
Solent Redhawks are the University's American football team. We have one evening training session at our state-of-the-art field at Test Park. The Redhawks compete on Sundays against other university teams with the aim of making the playoffs and returning to Division 1.
Recent successes
- BUCS 1A third place (2016/17 season).
- BUCS 1A third place (2015/16 season).
- BUCS 1A joint first place (2014/15 season).
- Seven members of the team attended Team GB trials.
- National Southern Division champions (2010).
